It's hard to raise
good little humans.

When you don't feel like a good BIG human.

🤦‍♀️

SOME DAYS - YOU JUST NEED A SUNDAY

TO HELP YOU THROUGH YOUR OTHER DAYS.

WE FEEL YA.

Parenting little humans is no easy task.

IT'S WHY PHARMACISTS AND BREWERIES EXIST.

BUT ON BETTER DAYS, IT'S WHY SUNSHINE AND RAINBOWS EXIST, RIGHT?

Well, the Staff at Discovery Kids understands this, and we are here to point your kids toward God, reveal the bigger story He has for them, and hopefully bring more sunshine and rainbows your way in the process.

So, why should you trust your kiddos to us?

WE'RE GLAD YOU ASKED.

1

QUALIFIED

CARE

It's not always easy to find a place where you feel you belong. The thing about Discovery is that we lead our students to operate by a different code than you currently find around you. That code is a Jesus code, which is to say, ALL are welcome here. All belong, and ALL includes YOU.

2

CLEAN

AND SAFE

Safety is a hard thing to come by these days.  You live in a world at risk daily, whether mentally, emotionally, or physically. Our Students gatherings are designed to give you a place to be as real and raw and vulnerable as you need without fear of judgment or harm. You and your story are safe here.

3

ATTENTION TO DETAIL

So it's one thing to 'belong' and to be safe, but it is another thing altogether to be wanted. You know when you are wanted or not, and there is not much worse than being part of something but not desired. At Discovery, you are not tolerated. You are desired. Wanted. Right here.

CARING

AND FUN

There's no need to be a fake flake, put up Spam, or pull a Nancy Drew. You have full permission to be who you were made to be. We want to make friends with the real you. Not buying it yet? Just show up. And you be you.

THAT'S WHY WE'D LIKE TO SUGGEST SOME RESOURCES FOR THE DISCOVERING AND DISCERNING PARENT

😉

REDISCOVER

PARENTING RESOURCE

Good News You can raise assertive and confident children. While showing parents how to avoid over-parenting and how to instill the virtues of toughness, wisdom, and courage, Paul Coughlin paints a clearer picture of the real Jesus, not just the meek-and-mild side often presented to children. By shaping confident and virtuous children, parents are giving them the tools to live a happy and more abundant life--no matter how old they get.

REDISCOVER

MARRIAGE RESOURCE

John and Stasi begin Love & War with an obvious confession: Marriage is fabulously hard. With astonishing vulnerability that engages readers from the first page, John and Stasi Eldredge openly discuss their own marriage and the breakthroughs they have won from the challenges they’ve faced. Each talks to the reader about what he and she have learned, providing a balance between male and female perspectives that has been absent from previous books on this topic.

REDISCOVER

LIFE RESOURCE

By practicing a few wonderfully simple practices—or what John calls “graces”—you can begin to recover your soul, disentangle from the tragedies of this broken world, and discover the restorative power of stillness, kindness to your self, and beauty.

Through some simple practices that kill unnecessary noise and voices in your life, you can begin a process that won't require you to abandon your life to get it back. You can begin restoring your life here and now.
