YWAM Emerge

YWAM Emerge is a Colorado Springs nonprofit that helps communities grow their own food and create jobs through aquaponics. Founded in 2013, they work to launch local food systems that reduce poverty with dignity. They train and equip individuals, churches, and organizations to build these systems, so people can have fresh, healthy food and a way to support their families.

Their home base is a large, partly wooded property with a view of Pikes Peak, and it includes a 22,000 square foot greenhouse. It's a place to learn, see aquaponics in action, and get involved. They also offer a Discipleship Training School for people who want to grow in their faith and make a real difference in the world.
